The Full-Spectrum Care Package includes at least 3 prenatal visits, labor + delivery support and 3 postpartum visits.
Support for this package can include, but is not limited to:
Emotional, relational, spiritual and informational support
Understanding and advocating for your preferences throughout your birth
Prenatal, birth and postpartum education
Navigating adjustments to postpartum life (informational support, tidying your space, meal prep, etc.)
Partner/familial support throughout the perinatal experience
I aims to meets folks where they are at. Pregnancy, birth and postpartum are not one-size-fits-all experiences- we will work together to tap into your strengths, ease anxieties and advocate for what makes the most sense for you.
Informed consent and autonomy are central to the care I provide and is informed by harm-reduction and accessibility teachings. While I cannot keep the unexpected from happening, I can provide transparency, education and support you and yours throughout your birthing experience.
