The Full-Spectrum Care Package includes 3 prenatal visits, labor + delivery support and 3 postpartum visits.

Support for this package can include, but is not limited to:

• Emotional, relational, spiritual and informational support

• Understanding and advocating for your preferences throughout your birth

• Prenatal, birth and postpartum education

• Navigating adjustments to postpartum life (informational support, tidying your space, meal prep, etc.)

• Partner/familial support throughout the perinatal experience

I aims to meets folks where they are at. Pregnancy, birth and postpartum are not one-size-fits-all experiences- we will work together to tap into your strengths, ease anxieties and advocate for what makes the most sense for you.

Informed consent and autonomy are central to the care I provide and is informed by harm-reduction and accessibility teachings. While I cannot keep the unexpected from happening, I can provide transparency, education and support you and yours throughout your birthing experience.
